Delivery

We pride ourselves on our dispatch speed. We aim to dispatch orders at 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday as well as 10am on Saturday. All orders placed before 12:00pm will be same day shipping.

We offer a range of delivery options in the uk and worldwide. If you enter your delivery details in the checkout section, you can pick your delivery option and your delivery price will then be calculated before you complete the order. Please allow longer for international delivery but no matter where you are, we will always dispatch on the next dispatch slot.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns policy

We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your order but if for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to cancel an order then you can return any unopened items as long as they are in their original condition. We are happy to exchange, refund or offer store credit on items returned within 14 days of original purchase date. We will refund any payment in the same method in which the product was purchased or will offer store credit in way of a discount code to be used once at your own discretion. Alternatively we may offer to exchange for a like for like item.

Where an item has not been damaged upon delivery or has no defects, you will be responsible for any postage/packaging fees and the item must be delivered back to us as new and in its original packaging. Please obtain evidence of postage once you have returned an item in case we do not receive it for any reason.

We do not replace items due to not liking the scent unless there is a defect or fault with the product.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives faulty/damaged or you receive the wrong order, please take photographic evidence and contact us via email on the link at the bottom of this page with notes and a description of you issue as well as your name and order number. We will be in touch with in 7 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel an order. If this were to happen you would receive a full refund with in 14 days and will be contact regarding the reason for our cancelation.
